Power Construction Joint Stock Company No 1 received the Official Dispatch No.6265/UBCK-QLKD dated October 13, 2021 from the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) regarding the approval of the documents of stock issuance to pay dividend, stock issuance under ESOP and the sale of treasury shares to employees of Power Construction Joint Stock Company No 1 (PC1).
