PSH: Contributing capital in Tram Bong

The Board resolution dated October 18, 2021, the Board of Directors of Nam Song Hau Trading Investing Petroleum Joint Stock Company approved to contribute capital in Tram Bong Natural Resort and Urban Investment Joint Stock Company with total value of VND1,485,000,000, equivalent to 15% of charter capital of Tram Bong JSC.
