MSN: Approval for the listing of bonds

According to the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders dated September 30, 2021, shareholders of Masan Group Corporation allowed the Company to register to deposit (i) the corporate bonds which were issued to the public under the Board resolution dated August 12, 2020; and (ii) the corporate bonds which will be issued to the public after that in the Vietnam Securities Depository.
