The Board of Directors of Techcom Securities Joint Stock Company (TCBS) adopted the application of preferential transaction fees for OTC corporate bonds to Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank, as follows:

-          Transaction type: OTC corporate bonds

-          Preferential rate: 0.01% x Total transaction par value

-          Minimum fee: none

-          Maximum fee: VND50,000,000.
