DAT: Information on the 2019 dividend payment

Travel Investment and Seafood Development Corporation announced information on the 2019 and 2020 dividend payment. However, the Company received an official document from the State Securities Commission replying that the stock issuance for dividend payment of the Company has not met conditions under Point 2, Article 60, Decree No.155/2020/ND-CP dated 12/31/2020 by the Government.

Therefore, Travel Investment and Seafood Development Corporation will get shareholders’ written opinions on the 2019 and 2020 dividend payment.
