ITC: Approved the stock issuance to pay dividend for 2020 The Board resolution dated October 04, 2021, the BOD of Investment and Trading of Real Estate Joint stock Company approved the stock issuance to pay dividends for increasing charter capital with details as follows:

- Stock type: common share
- Par value: 10,000 dongs
- Number of shares issued: 79,726,294 shares
- Number of outstanding shares: 79,285,934 shares
- Number of treasury shares: 440,360 shares
- Number of shares expected to be issued: 7,928,593 shares
- Total value of issuance (at par value): 79,285,930,000 dongs
- Exercise ratio: 10% (Those who own 100 shares will receive 10 new shares)
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will not be rounded down into 01 share, the fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
- For example: at the record date to pay stock dividend, shareholder A owns 585 shares. With 10% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 585 *10/100 = 58.5 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A will receive 58 new shares and fractional shares of 0.5 will be cancelled.
