The Board resolution dated September 15, 2021, the BOD of Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company approved the six private placement of bonds in 2021 with details as follows:

-          Issuer: Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company

-          Bond type: non-convertible bond

-          Par value: VND100,000,000/bond

-          Issuance volume: 2,000 bonds

-          Total value of issuance (at par value): VND200,000,000,000

-          Issuance price: 100% par value

-          Fixed interest rate: 8%/year

-          Number of phases issuance: 01 phase

-          Bond term: 02 years

-          Maturity date: is the ending date of bond term

-          Bond form: book entry

-          Issuance purpose: to supplement capital for the company’s business activities, and pay the expenses related to the bond issuance.

-          Issuance method: private placement.
