On September 08, 2021, the Board of Directors of HDB Securities Corporation approved the plan for public offering of bonds as follows:

-                      Issuer:  HDB Securities Corporation

-                      Bond type: non-convertible unsecured bond, no warrants  

-                      Issue volume: VND300,000,000,000.

-                      Par value: VND1,000,000/bond

-                      Bond term: 01 year

-                      Interest rate: 8.5%/year

-                      Purpose: to raise the Company’s working capital, invest in government bonds and certificates of deposit.
