TPB: Board resolution on results of private placement of shares The Board of Directors of Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved the results of private placement as follows:
1) Results of private placement
- Total issued volume: 100,000,000 shares
- Total issued value (at par value): VND1,000,000,000,000.
2) Approving to amend the charter capital on the Company’s Establishment and Operation Certificate, Business License, from VND10,716,717,220,000 to VND11,716,717,220,000.
3) Approving to register additional shares at Vietnam Securities Depository and list them on Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
