KBC: Approved the private placement of shares The Board resolution dated September 27, 2021, the Board of Directors of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation approved the following issues:
1) Approving the offering price of registration to buy shares KBC in the private placement in 2021 with 34,096 dongs/share.
2) Approving the information on stock in the private placement in 2021:
- Stock name: Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation
- Stock code: KBC
- Stock type: common share
- Par value: VND10,000/share
- Offering volume: 100,000,000 shares
- Offering price: 34,096 dongs/share
- Transfer restriction: 01 year from the ending date of the offering.
- For the unsold shares will be decided by the Board of Directors to distribute to other investors. These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the ending date of the offering.
- Distribution method: directly
- Offering time: within 90 days from the approval date of the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
