The Board resolution dated September 23, 2021, the BOD of Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation approved the change of record date to attend the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the fiscal year 2020 with details as follows:

-          Record date: October 15, 2021 (instead of May 24, 2021)

-          Meeting time: expected in November 2021

-          Meeting venue: Notice later

-          Content:

• Approving the regulation on organizing the General Meeting of Shareholders in form of online and electronic voting;
• Report on the BOD activities;
• Report on the business result in 2020;
• Report from the Supervisory Board;
• Approving the audited financial statements in 2020;
• Approving the business plan in 2021 and expected dividend payment in 2021;;
