PNC: Explanation for the postponement of annual general meeting

Phuong Nam Cultural Joint Stock Corporation sent a document to HOSE to explain the postponement of Annual General Meeting. Accordingly, due to the complicated situation of Covid-19 epidemic, the Board of Directors decided to postpone the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders until the epidemic situation is under control.
