VGC: Viglacera Corp invests more in PFG

On September 17, 2021, the Board of Directors of Viglacera Corporation - JSC signed an agreement with IDICO Corporation – JSC to receive the transfer of the entire stake from IDICO Corporation – JSC at Phu My Ultra Clear Float Glass Co., Ltd. (PFG), accounting for 30% of PFG. After the deal, the ownership ratio of Viglacera Corporation – JSC at PFG increased to 65%.
