SGN: Board resolution on dividend payment

On September 15, 2021, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Ground Services Joint Stock Company (stock symbol: SGN) approved a record date for the second cash dividend payment for 2020 as follows:

-          Exercise ratio: 10%/par value (1000 dongs/share)

-          Record date: October 11, 2021

-          Payment date: October 25, 2021

The Board of Directors decided to collect shareholders’ opinion in writing:

-          Content of voting: the issues under the jurisdiction of the general meeting of shareholders under the laws the Company’s Charter.

-          Record date: October 11, 2021

-          Date of implementation: The Company will announce in the meeting documents.
