On September 23, the Board of Directors of Kosy Joint Stock Company approved to transfer 50% contributed capital in Giavico Energy and Development Investment Joint Stock Company with details as follows:

-          Transfer volume: 6,175,000 shares

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Total value: VND61,750,000,000

-          Time of implementation: September 2021.
