SHA: BoD approves to issue shares to the 2020 dividend payment

On September 23, 2021, the Board of Directors of Son Ha Sai Gon Joint Stock Company approved a plan for issuing shares to the 2020 dividend payment in stock:

-          Exercise ratio: 5% (Those who own 100 shares will receive 05 new shares.)

-          Estimated issue volume: 1,592,699 shares

-          Financial resource: Undistributed profit after tax

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be distributed to other investors.
