KDC: Resolution on the EGM 2021 On September 20, 2021, KIDO Group Corporation announces the Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting 2021 to approve the plan to use treasury shares to divide existing shareholders:

- Sock type: common share
- Par value: VND10,000/share
- Charter capital before the issuance: VND2,797,423,560,000
- Number of shares issued: 279,741,356 shares
- Number of outstanding shares: 228,749,100 shares
- Number of treasury shares: 50,992,256 shares
- Number of shares expected to be issued: 22,874,910 shares
- Total value of issuance (at par value): VND228,749,100,000
- Issuance ratio: 10%
- Exercise ratio: 10:1 (Those who own 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 10 rights will be entitled to purchase 01 new share.)
- How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares bought by each existing shareholder will not be rounded down into 01 share. The fractional shares (if any) will be distributed to KIDO Group Corporation Labor Union with the selling price of VND10,000/share.
- For example: At the record date, the shareholder A owns 549 shares. With performing ratio 1:1, the shareholder A will purchase: 549*1/10 = 54.90 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A purchases 54 new shares. The fractional shares of 0.9 share will be distributed to KIDO Group Corporation Labor Union with the selling price of VND10,000/share.
