BTP: Change of the time to hold EGM 2021

The Board resolution dated September 17, 2021, the BOD of Ba Ria Thermal Power Joint Stock Company approved the change of the time to hold the Extraordinary General Meeting 2021 with details as follows:

-          Record date: August 31, 2021

-          Meeting time: 8:00, October 27, 2021 (instead of September 30, 2021)

Reason for change: due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic.
