HPG: Establishment of a subsidiary

On September 22, 2021, the Board of Directors of Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company decided to contribute capital to establish a home appliance company as follows:

-          Expected company name: Hoa Phat Home Appliance Joint Stock Company (*)

-          Charter capita: VND1,000,000,000,000.

-          Capital contributed by Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company: VND999,000,000,000; equivalent to 99.9% charter capital of the new company.

-          Address: 39 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Le Dai Hanh ward, Hai Ba Trung district, Ha Noi city.
