HAH: BOD resolution dated September 22, 2021 The Board resolution dated September 22, 2021, the BOD of Hai An Transport and Stevedoring Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:
1) To plan the sale of treasury shares:
- Number of treasury shares before trading: 1,389,953 shares; equivalent to 2.85% of charter capital
- Number of treasury share expected to be sold: 1,389,953 shares; equivalent to 2.85% of charter capital
- Purpose: to supplement its working capital
- Expected trading period: after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC)
- Trading method: order matching or put through.
2) To collect shareholders’ opinions in writing to approve the plan for stock issuance under ESOP in 2021.
3) To report the investment project to build new container ship. HOSE
