CTI: BOD resolution dated September 06, 2021 The Board resolution dated September 06, 2021, the Board of Directors of Cuongthuan Idico Development Investment Corporation approved the following contents:
Article 1: Approving the record date to pay cash dividend for 2020:
- Record date: September 20, 2021
- Exercise ratio: 10%/par value (1,000 dongs/share)
- Payment date: expected in September 30, 2021.
Article 2: Approving to collect tolls for investment projects on the construction of extended road 319 and the intersection between road 319 and the Ho Chi Minh City – Long Thanh – Dau Giay expressway in the form of a BOT contract
Article 3: Approving to contribute capital to invest in the construction of extended road 319 and the intersection between road 319 and the Ho Chi Minh City – Long Thanh – Dau Giay expressway in the form of a BOT contract (Cuong Thuan BOT 319 Joint Stock Company), the owner’s equity of participating investors must contribute 30% to the project, equivalent to VND68.07 billion. Of which:
- Owner’s equity contributed: VND58.05 billion;
- Owner's equity must be contributed: VND10.02 billion. HOSE
