The Board resolution dated September 07, 2021, the Board of Directors of Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the result of stock issuance under ESOP:

-          Registered offering volume: 2,000,000 shares

-          Distributed volume: 1,754,200 shares

-          Time for payment: September 06, 2021

-          Undistributed shares: 245,800 shares

2)      Approving the company continues to handle the undistributed shares to other employees:

-          Selling volume: 245,800 shares

-          Selling price: VND10,000/share

-          List of employees to buy these shares:

• Nguyen Tuan Anh:        145,800 shares
• Tran Van Phuong:           100,000 shares.

-          These shares will be restricted 01 year from the finish date of the issuance.

-          Time for payment: September 06, 2021.
