-          Planed issued shares: 146,876,821 shares

+ Stock dividend (15%): 19,157,846 shares

+ Stock offering (1:1): 127,718,975

-          Total shares after the issuance: 274,595,796 shares

-          Total amount from the issuance: 1,277,189,750,000 dongs

The company will use the amount into operation sources.
