On August 21, 2021, the BOD of Tan Binh Import – Export Joint Stock Corporation approved to withdraw a part of capital in Kien Duc Plastic Packaging Trading Service Joint Stock Company with the following details:

-          Owning volume: 1,856,611 shares

-          Withdrawal volume: 276,611 shares

-          Minimum selling price: VND12,000/share

-          Remaining volume: 1,580,000 shares (equivalent to 19.75% charter capital).
