The Board resolution dared August 23, 2021, the BOD of Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company approved the implementation of collecting shareholders' opinions in writing as follows:

-          Record date: September 13, 2021

-          Time of implementation: from September 21, 2021 to September 30, 2021 (online).

-          Content:

• Proposal on the regulation to collect shareholders' opinions in writing (online);
• Proposal on the plan for bonds issuance to the public and listing bonds;
• Proposal on adjusting or withdrawing some business lines;
• Proposal on the amendment, supplement of the company’s charter;
