PTC: Mortgaging the contributed capital

The Board of Directors of Post and Telecommunications Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (PTC) decided to mortgage the contributed capital at Huong Linh 7 Wind Power Joint Stock Company to Ha Tay Branch of BIDV in order to guarantee the loan of Huong Linh 7 Wind Power Joint Stock Company to carry out Huong Linh 7 Wind Power Plant Project.
