PDR: Receiving the transfer of contribution capital

Based on the decision dated August 22, 2021, the BOD of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp approved to receive the transfer of 99% contribution capital in Bac Cuong Investment Joint Stock Company to own the project of land area of 2,734.9 m², location at 223-225 Tran Phu, Phuoc Ninh Ward, Hai Chau District, Da Nang City.
