CRC: Reminded a late disclosure of issuance plan by HOSE

On 20 May 2021, Create Capital Viet Nam Joint Stock Company Limited disclosed the BOD’s resolution for a plan of public offering on the company’s website. However, the company sent the disclosure to HOSE on 12 August 2021 lately. HOSE remind Create Capital Viet Nam Joint Stock Company Limited disclosing information under the Law on time because the company disclose the late resolution.
