The Board resolution dated August 25, 2021, the BOD of Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company (GIL) approved to continue to distribute the fractional shares of 658 shares to Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company Labor Union. Details are as follows:

-          Fractional shares volume: 658 shares

-          Selling price: VND10,000/share

-          Total amount: VND6,580,000

-          Payment time: from August 26, 2021 to August 27, 2021

-          Payment form: to apply directly at No.334A Phan Van Tri Street, ward 11, Binh Thanh District, Hochiminh.
