CMV: Resolution on the dividend payment

The Board of Directors of Camau Trading Joint Stock Company approved to pay for the 2020  dividend in cash and the consolidated financial statements in Quarter II/2021 :

1)      The Board of Directors approved to pay for the 2020  dividend in cash

-          Record date:  August 31, 2021

-          Payment date: September 30, 2021

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 8%/ par value (VND800/ share)

2)      The BOD approved the consolidated financial statements in Quarter II/2021:

-          Revenue: VND974,738

-          Profit before tax: VND9,900

-          Profit after tax: VND7,621
