On July 14, 2021, VNDIRECT Securities Corporation received License No.51/GPĐC-UBCK dated July 09, 2021 amending the License for Establishment and Operation issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) recording the change of Legal Representative of VNDIRECT Securities Corporation as follows:
