GEX: BOD resolution on the handle of undistributed shares The Board resolution dated July 14, 2021, the BOD of Viet Nam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation approved the following contents:
1) Approving the result of public offering to existing shareholders:
- Registered offering volume: 292,946,400 shares
- Distributed volume: 287,542,615 shares
- Total proceeds: VND3,450,511,380,000.

2) Approving the company continues to distribute the unsold shares and fractional shares to other investors:
