VIX: Approval of the dossier of registration for the public offering

The Board resolution dated July 19, 2021, the BOD of VIX Securities Joint Stock Company approved the dossier of registration for the public offering, including:

-          Offering Registration License;

-          Prospectus;

-          Corporate charter;

-          Resolution of the Annual General Meeting 2021 dated June 25, 2021 regarding the approval of the plan for stock issuance and using capital from the public offering;

-          Amending License for Establishment and Operation;

-          The Board resolution to approve the dossier of registration for public offering;

-          Bank’s confirmation documents regarding the opening of Bank for blocking depository money;

-          Other issues.
