On June 17, 2021, Tien Len Steel Corporation Joint Stock Company received the decision by the Department of Taxation of Dong Nai Province dated June 17, 2021 for the inspection period from 2019 to 2020 as follows:

1)      Penalties:

-      Fines: 84,698,065 dongs

2)      Remedial measures:

-      Tax arrears (2019-2020): 390,990,325 dongs

-      Late payment interest: 31,184,867 dongs

-      Deduction for VAT: 139,252,877 dongs

3)      Total fines and tax arrears: 506,873,257 dongs.
