TCD: BOD resolution dated July 05, 2021 The Board resolution dated July 05, 2021, the BOD of Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:
1) Approving the result of stock issuance to pay dividend for 2020:
- Issue volume: 4,114,729 shares
- Distributed volume: 4,114,562 shares
- Fractional shares volume: 167 shares.
According to the Annual General Meeting dated April 29, 2021, the fractional shares will be cancelled.
2) Approving the result of stock issuance under ESOP in 2021:
- Issue volume: 800,000 shares
- Distributed volume: 800,000 shares
- Undistributed volume: 0 share. HOSE
