SSB: Allowed to issue shares for dividend payment & ESOP

On June 30, 2021, the State Securities Commission received documents for the stock dividend payment and ESOP of Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank. The State Securities Commission asked the Company to issue shares as planned.
