 The payment for the first phase of 2020 cash dividend

Dividend pay-out ratio:           4 %/ par value (VND400/ share)

Payment date:                          September 06, 2021

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Investment and Industrial Development Joint Stock Corporation.
