SMARTSC: Board resolution on investing in corporate bonds

On July 21, 2021, SmartInvest Securities Joint Stock Company (SMARTSC) approved the investment as follows:

1)      To purchase the bonds of Demoda Clothing and Accessories Joint Stock Company:

-          Maximum purchase value: VND160,000,000,000.

-          Bond type: private placement  

-          Par value: VND1,000,000/bond

-          Maximum purchase volume: 160,000 bonds.

2)      To purchase the bonds of Kim Lan Ecotourism Joint Stock Company:

-          Maximum purchase value: VND80,000,000,000.

-          Bond type: private placement 

-          Par value: VND1,000,000/bond

-          Maximum purchase volume: 80,000 bonds.
