SHP: Cancellation of record date to hold AGM 2021

Based on the Board resolution No.44 dated July 20, 2021 regarding the delay of holding the Annual General Meeting 2021 approved by the Board of Directors of Southern Hydropower Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, the Company sent an Official Document to the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) dated July 22, 2021 to ask for the cancellation of record date (May 21, 2021) to implement rights for attending the Annual General Meeting 2021 due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic.
