SHP: BOD approved to postpone the holding of AGM 2021

The Board resolution dated July 20, 2021, the BOD of Southern Hydropower Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1)      To postpone the holding of Annual General Meeting on July 29, 2021.

2)      To cancel the record date to hold the Annual General Meeting on May 21, 2021.

3)      The new record date and the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 will be noticed later.

Reason for postponement: due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic.
