JVC: BOD approved to extend the time to hold AGM 2021

The Board resolution dated July 20, 2021, the BOD of Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company approved the extension of the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 but no later than September 30, 2021.

Reason: Due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic.
