PTC: Resolution on the AGM 2021

Post and Telecommunications Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of General Meeting 2021 dated April 28, 2021 with the following contents:

1)      The AGM approved the report on the BOD activities in 2020 and plan for 2021.

2)      The AGM approved the business result in 2020:

-          Total revenue:                   85,099 million dongs

-          Profit after tax:                  58,317 million dongs.

3)      The AGM approved the business plan in 2021:

-          Total revenue:                   31,733 million dongs

-          Profit before tax:               25,709 million dongs

-          Profit after tax:                  20,567 million dongs.

4)      The AGM approved the audited financial statements in 2020 by A&C Auditing and Consulting Company Limited.

5)      The AGM approved the remuneration of the BOD, Internal Audit and Scretariat in 2020 and plan for 2021.

6)      The AGM approved the change of the company’s name and head office address.

7)      The AGM approved the supplement, amendment of the company’s charter.

8)      The AGM approved the selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2021.
