VHM: Receiving transfer of capital in Times Trading Investment and Development

On July 12, 2021, Vinhomes Joint Stock Company issued a decision to approve to receive the transfer of capital in Times Trading Investment and Development One Member Company Limited. Details are as follows:

-          Transferor: VINGROUP Joint Stock Company

-          Transferee: Vinhomes Joint Stock Company

-          Transfer value: VND561,000,000,000, accounting for 100% of charter capital of Times Trading Investment and Development One Member Company Limited.

After the transfer completes, Times Trading Investment and Development One Member Company Limited will become a subsidiary of Vinhomes.
