APG: BOD resolution on the handle of undistributed shares The Board resolution dated July 22, 2021, the BOD of APG Securities Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:
1) Approving the result of public offering to existing shareholders:
- Registered offering volume: 34,028,900 shares
- Time for subscription and payment: from June 29, 2021 to July 19, 2021
- Offering price: VND10,000/share
- Distributed volume and paid: 10,720,123 shares
- Undistributed shares: 23,308,777 shares.
2) Approving the company continues to distribute the undistributed shares to other investors:
- Number of shares continue to distribute: 23,300,000 shares
- Payment date: before 17:00, July 23, 2021,
