KSS: Agreements with related parties

On July 22, 2021, the Board of Directors of KS Securities Joint Stock Company (KSS) approved the signing of securities brokerage agreement dated 03/19/2021 and related documents and agreements with KS Group Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, KSS will supply services to KS Group under the laws; and the two sides will cooperate to invest in corporate bonds and valuable papers with the total value of each transaction being less than 35% of KSS’s total assets in the latest financial statements.
