− Estimated issue volume: 29,675,997 shares
− Total issue value at par value: VND296,759,970,000
− Issue ratio: 10:1 (those who own 10 shares will receive 01 new share)
− Plan to deal with fractional shares: The shares newly issued to shareholders will be rounded down to units. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
