The Board of Directors of Vien Dong Investment Development Trading Corporation unanimously approved the result of share issue for the 2020 dividend payment as follows:

-          Number of distributed shares: 4,630,719 shares

-          Number of distributed shareholders: 2,876 shareholders

-          Total volume after the share issue: 35,510,789 shares

Of which:

• Outstanding volume: 35,510,719 shares
• Treasury volume: 0 shares

-          Increasing the Company’s charter capital from VND308,800,700,000 to VND355,107,890,000.
