SJD: SJD asks an extension to hold AGM 2021

Can Don Hydro Power Joint Stock Company sent an Official Letter to Planning and Investment Department of  Binh Phuoc Province, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) and Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HSOE)  to ask for a delay the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.

The time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 will be held until the appropriate time but before August 30, 2021. The details will be informed later.
