SJD: BOD approved to postpone the holding of AGM 2021

The Board resolution dated June 11, 2021, the BOD of Can Don Hydro Power Joint Stock Company approved the postponement of the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic.

The time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 will be held until the appropriate time but before August 30, 2021. The details will be informed later.
