RDP: RDP asks a delay to hold AGM 2021

Rang Dong Holding Joint Stock Company sent an Official Letter to the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) and Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HSOE) to ask for a delay the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.

 The time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 will be held until the appropriate time. The details will be informed later.
